This is the blender that I use and love! It’s also an investment, but I have had mine for 5 years now. I’ve also heard that the Ninja blender is a very comparable blender for a much lower price!

As long as you don’t blend it too long, the heat produced is small and not likely to damage any of the enzymes and compounds in the juice. The plus side is that juice made in a blender contains more fiber.

If you don’t strain out the pulp from your juice, you’ll consume fiber along with the liquid. This can help you stay full and prevent your blood sugar from rising quickly after drinking juice.

  • ¼ cup chopped beet
  • ½ lemon with skin removed
  • Handful of parsley
  • ½-inch chunk of fresh ginger

If you’re making your juice in a blender, add all of the ingredientsto the blender (including the collagen) along with some water or kombucha. Blend until smooth.
