Sunlands Technology Group (NYSE: STG) ("Sunlands"or the "Company"), a leader in China's adult online educationmarket and China’s adult personal interest learning market, todayannounced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for thefiscal year ended December 31, 2023 with the U.S. Securities andExchange Commission (the "SEC") on April 25, 2024, U.S. EasternTime.
